These Terms form the basis of the user contract between you and us, GBM Sp. z o.o., Hallera 8, NIP: 8961626621, 55-011 Siechnice, Poland ("we", "us"). The subject of the contract is the free or paid use of the services we offer on www.sensa24.com or in the Sensa24 application (the "Sensa24 Service", "Sensa24 Services" or "Sensa24").
We reserve the right to make the use of certain Sensa24 Services subject to additional conditions. We will inform you before any such additional conditions apply.
If you use the Sensa24 Services through the Sensa24 application and you have downloaded the application from a third-party app store, the general terms and/or conditions of use of that app store also apply alongside these Terms. In the case of iTunes, this includes, for example, the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement" (available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/ww/). Google Play's terms are available at https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms.html. Please check the terms in force in your country.
In the event of any conflict, these Terms prevail.
You use the Sensa24 Services at your own risk. Whenever you use the Sensa24 Services, you should be in good health. If you already have known illnesses or health problems, please consult a doctor before you start using the Sensa24 Services.
To create a user account and use the Sensa24 Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
By entering into the contract with us, you confirm that you do not hold another user account and that your account has not previously been suspended or cancelled for breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will not enter into another or new user contract with you. You also confirm that all information you provide during registration is true and complete.
To use the Sensa24 Services you must first register and create a user account. You can create an account directly online at www.sensa24.com or through the Sensa24 application. During registration we will ask you to accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
As an alternative, you can also register using your Facebook account. In that case, registration is completed after you enter your Facebook account details and click the "Confirm" button.
The way the user contract is concluded depends on how you first register and on whether you purchase additional paid services.
If you register on our website www.sensa24.com, the user contract between you and us is concluded once registration is complete.
If you wish to register through the Sensa24 application, the user contract is concluded in accordance with the rules of your app store. In general, the binding contract is concluded at the moment you click the "Install" button in the store and enter your password. To use the Sensa24 Services you still need to create a user account through the Sensa24 application.
You can activate additional services by purchasing a paid subscription. If you purchase additional services on our website www.sensa24.com, the binding contract is concluded once you click the "Buy now" button or a similar button and successfully submit your payment details. If you purchase additional services through the Sensa24 application, the subscription contract is concluded once you click the "Buy now" button during the in-app purchase or a similar button and, if required, enter your App Store password.
If you wish to purchase a subscription on our website www.sensa24.com, you can cancel the transaction at any time. You can also correct any input error up until the moment you successfully submit your payment details.
If you wish to purchase a subscription as an in-app purchase in the Sensa24 application, you will pay for the service through your app-store account. Therefore, please contact the app store if you wish to correct an input error.
By registering and providing your email address, you agree to receive commercial (marketing) information from us regarding the Sensa Assistant services. You can withdraw this consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at contact@sensa24.com.
The user contract between you and us, which arises when your user account is created, runs for an indefinite period and ends when you delete the Sensa24 application and terminate the user contract.
Our subscriptions have different minimum terms. If the contract is not terminated in time, it automatically extends for an indefinite period after the minimum term and can be terminated at any time with one month's notice. You can also disable auto-renewal of your subscription at any time by sending a message to our support team at contact@sensa24.com.
Our subscriptions have different minimum terms. All subscriptions are renewed automatically for the chosen minimum period until either you or we terminate the subscription. You can disable auto-renewal of your subscription at any time by selecting the appropriate settings in your account.
We provide digital services only and supply digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium (for example, access to the assistant and to materials within the subscription). Under consumer protection law, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply if performance of the digital content or digital service has begun before the 14-day period expires, with the consumer's prior express consent and after the consumer has been informed that the right of withdrawal will be lost — and the consumer has accepted this condition. This applies in particular when you consent to the immediate start of access (for example, activation of the subscription) and use the service.
If you have not given the consent described above, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, by sending a clear statement:
To speed up handling, please include: full name, the email used for the purchase, the order date and the transaction number (if any). The statement is deemed made on the date of dispatch.
If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different form of refund. In the case of digital services, no tangible goods are returned.
If you request performance of the digital service to start before the withdrawal period expires, you keep the right of withdrawal until full performance of the service, but in the event of withdrawal you are obliged to pay for the services rendered up to the moment of withdrawal, in proportion to the extent of performance rendered.
Both you and we may terminate the user contract at any time on one month's notice. Termination of the user contract also terminates all subscriptions you have entered into with us.
You may terminate your subscription at any time on one month's notice after the minimum term. If you terminate the subscription, you can continue to use the services until the end of the subscription period.
The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. There is good cause in particular where, taking into account all circumstances of the specific case and weighing the interests of both parties, continuation of the contract until the end of the agreed notice period would be unreasonable for the terminating party.
Termination must be in textual form (for example, email or letter).
If you enter into a paid subscription contract with us, you must pay the agreed subscription fee. Information on the amount of the subscription fee and the payment date can be found on our website www.sensa24.com or in the Sensa24 application.
We cannot guarantee that the Sensa24 Services will always be available and free of errors. Temporary interruptions in the availability of the Sensa24 Services may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.
The scope of the Sensa24 Services may vary depending on whether you use the free or paid version. You can find information about the scope of services on our website www.sensa24.com or in the Sensa24 application.
By using the Sensa24 Services, you agree to comply with all applicable law and these Terms. In particular, you must not:
We reserve the right to change, expand or restrict the Sensa24 Services at any time. We will inform you of significant changes with appropriate advance notice.
Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. In particular, we accept no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the Sensa24 Services or from a user's breach of these Terms.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this content for non-commercial purposes within the contract terms. In particular, it is prohibited to distribute or make this content publicly available, for example on websites.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The current version of the Privacy Policy is available at https://sensa24.com/beauty/en-US/privacy.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms with future effect. We will notify you of any changes at least four weeks before the new version takes effect. Within that period, you have the option to object to the changes. If you continue to use our Sensa24 Services without objecting, the new Terms are deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. If we change the Terms, we will additionally inform you about the right to object, the deadline and the legal consequences.
The contract language is English.
The contract between the parties is governed exclusively by Polish law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). In transactions with consumers in the European Union, the law in force at the consumer's place of residence may also apply, to the extent that it consists of mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
If you have no general place of jurisdiction in Poland or in another EU member state, or if you move your permanent residence to a country outside the EU after these Terms enter into force, or if your residence or habitual place of stay is unknown at the time the action is brought, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the competent court of our registered office.
If specific provisions of these Terms are or become wholly or partly invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The above provisions apply correspondingly if these Terms turn out to be incomplete.
You can view and print these Terms at any time at https://sensa24.com/beauty/en-US/terms. Additional information about your user contract and your subscriptions is available in your user account. As an alternative, you can also print or save the automatic order confirmation that you will receive after placing your order.
